He is survived by: his children, Darlene Allen, Linda Ottinger (Marty), Ann Viars (Clyde) and Allen Smith (Debbie); his siblings, Tom Shook (Sue) of Harrison and Catherine Branam of Florida; and his grandchildren, David Allen (Lisa Roberson), Natalia Davis (Jason), Leah Shadden (Randy), Allen Smith (Terri), Monica Jenkins (Eric), Jessica Castaneda (Jose), Rena Fields (Tim), Betty West and Tony West. He is also survived by 45 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
