He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clark and Irene Stephens Clark; his wife Loretta Clark; and his brothers, Larry and Paul Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Jack Clark, Jr. (Christi), Angie Smith (Jeff), Alicia Smith (Scott) and Jeff Clark; and his siblings, Garry Clark (Regina), Marlene Wrinkle and Shirley Lockwood. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
