As Imogene departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Imogene. Though Imogene may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her husband Sammie Smith; and her son Stan Sitton. She is survived by: her daughter Susan Noblit. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Chattanooga Funeral Home, North Chapel (5401 TN-153, Hixson, TN 37343).
