He was predeceased by: his parents, David Petree and Susan Petree (Hunter); and his brother Keith Petree. He is survived by: his wife Frances Petree (Holder); his brother Lewis Petree; his children, David, Matthew Petree and Karen Whitworth (Petree); and his grandchildren, Chase, Finn, Mason, James, Audrey, Olivia and Reed.
