He was predeceased by: his parents, James Walker and Alice Irene Williams; and his wife Cleo Elizabeth Holden Williams. He is survived by: his children, Timmy, Cindy James, Irene, Danny Goins, James Williams and Wayne Williams; his siblings, Claude Williams, Ruth Smith and Alma Jean Johnson; his grandchildren, Jesse Goins of Danielle Goins, J. D, Goins James and LeAnne James; and his great grandchildren, Eli Goins, Preston Goins, Avery Goins, Kaison Mathis and Gabriel Mathis. He is also survived by husband, father and grandfather.
