It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Phillips in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on July 22, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Deforest Peppers and Grace Lee White Peppers; her sister Barbara Atkins; and her brother-in-law Billy Atkins. She is survived by: her daughter Tina Johnson Hughes (Paul); her niece Jan Teems; her nephew Cody Teems; her grandchildren, Ryan Hughes, Katie Hughes and Kelsey Hughes; and her great grandchild Gunner.
