He is survived by: his wife Martha King; his daughter Joan Nichols; his stepson Ben Bridgman; his niece Paulette Byrd; his nephews, Jimmy King and Mike King; his grandchildren, Bethany Shovlin and Charles Shovlin; his great grandchildren, John Shovlin and Abigail Grace Shovlin; his siblings-in-law, Anna F. Kent, Patsy C. Blanton and James M. Brown; and also, Ken Nichols and Mary Bridgman. He is also survived by many close friends and relatives.
