He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Phillips, and Wanda Phillips, Sr.; and his grandparents, Harry, Isabelle Eustice, Rev. Lorenzo and Mary Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Carmichael Phillips; his children, Derek Phillips (Camellia), William Phillips, Colin Phillips and Shea Phillips; and his siblings, Bill "Roger" Phillips (Kim) and Jan Phillips.
