She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Forbes; her parents, Charles Kratochvil and Josephine Kratochvil (Sedlacek); her siblings, Charles, Robert Kratochvil, Blanch Kos (Kratochvil), Josephine Hrejsa (Kratochvil) and Mildred Waldoch (Kratochvil); and her daughter-in-law Cindy Forbes (Mark).

She is survived by: her children, Debie Mikel (Rick) of Chattanooga, TN, Jamie Dell (Rick) of Hixson, TN, Dean Forbes (Carol) of Tarpon Springs, FL and Mark Forbes of Lawrenceville, GA; and her caregivers, Carolyn, Carol, Jackie, Frances, Linda and Karen. She is also survived by 10 Grand-children and 17 Great-Grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
