He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Troutman and Dora Mae Troutman; his siblings, Mary Payne and James D. "Popeye" Troutman; his son Kevin Conley Troutman; and his nephew Alan Romine.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy O'Neal Troutman; his children, Melissa Buek (Brad) and Brian Troutman; his granddaughters, Grace and Emma; and his sister Shirlie Taylor.
