It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Lacy (Chattanooga, Tennessee), who passed away on March 26, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lewis Allen and Barbara Jean Chapman; and her son Lee Andrew Lacy, III. She is survived by: her husband Lee Andrew Lacy, Jr.; her daughter Dr. Gabrielle Collins (Tony); her grandchildren, Brittanie Lacy, Elijah Collins and Zachariah Collins; her siblings, Richard Simpson of McDonough, Robert Allen, Roger Ward of Chattanooga, Edward Matthews of Jacksonville, Kenny Allen of Charlotte, Winifred Allen-Cody (Freddy) and Gwenefred Allen-Williams (Dannie) of Chattanooga, Tennessee; and her close friends, Sherry Bowie of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Michelle Dockery of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Laverne McMutuary of Chattanooga, Tennessee. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
