He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley Draper and Lois Draper; and his brothers, Gene and Doug Draper. He is survived by: his wife Lounelle; his brother Bill Draper; his sons, Glenn and Dean; and his daughters-in-law, Ashley Draper and Cindy Draper.

Memorial contributions can be made to First Presbyterian Church World Missions, Changed Lives, The UTC Choral Endowment, and The Lake Junaluska Singers.

Very talented, kind and gracious to all who knew him at First Presbyterian and UTC. Very accepting of others and their differences. He did not judge anyone and a fine example of who a follower of Christ should represent. Will be missed by many whom knew him personally. He created many happy memories in the lives of many where he went in Chattanooga and the world.”
