He is survived by: his parents, Glenn Mulkey and Juanita Mulkey of Chattanooga; his son Kaigen Roger Mulkey of Georgetown, TN; his sister Elizabeth Marie Mulkey of Chattanooga; and his nephew Blake Campbell of Alpharetta, GA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
