She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas L. Fox and Nita Jean Fox. She is survived by: her son Brian Sullivan (Taylor); her grandchildren, Hadley, Kendal and Sidney; her son Josh Sullivan (Christina); and her siblings, Thomas L. Fox, Cheryl L Fox and Janis F. Webb. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
