He was predeceased by: his parent Glen Ray Minnick Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Diana Minnick; his sisters, Suzette Melville and Chrissie Padgett (Skip); his nieces, Madison Melville and Emily Padgett; and his nephew Pete Padgett.

Memorial donations in Ray's name may be made to Christ United Methodist Church.
