She was predeceased by: her husband Francis Joseph Smith, Sr.; and her parents, John Condrott and Mary Condrott. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen (Waymon Benson), Patricia Walline, Susan (Kevin Wheeler), Francis Joseph Jr. (Julie Smith), Thomas (Marcia Smith) and Brian (Angela Smith). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Precy Condrott, Redwood, CA., sister-in-law, Frances Shackleford, East Ridge, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions in Jeri's memory be made to either the Alzheimer's Association or to Hospice of Chattanooga.
