He was predeceased by: his parents, George Tatum and Mable Tatum; his wife Evidene; his son Allen; and his sister Leavon Tatum.
He is survived by: his son Bruce Tatum; his sister-in-law Janice Watson (Don); and his nieces and nephews, Johnna Eldridge, Carla Bynum, Jay Ritchie, Michele Rich and Chris Watson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home (601 Ashland Terrace, Chattanooga, TN 37415). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at the Chattanooga Memorial Park (501 Memorial Dr, Chattanooga, TN 37415).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Heart Association as well as the American Diabetes Association.
