He was predeceased by: his parents, James Willmon and Ethel Willmon; and his siblings, Billie Rogers, Jimmy, Bobby, Danny and Howard Willmon.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra.
Due to COVID-19, there will be no visitation, but we will arrange a Celebration of Life when things return to normal at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The family invites those wishing to honor his life to submit a donation on his behalf to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Wounded Warrior Project (WWP), or the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, Inc.
