He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Franklin and Dorothy Francis Hobart; and his sister Suzanne Dorothy Hobart. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hobart; his daughters, Sherri Lynn Raines (Michael), Shelli Rae Fuller (Michael) and Frankie Jean Moughrabi (Marwan); his grandchildren, Amber Michelle Klinkert, Aimee Marie Klinkert, Daegan Duc-Nguyen Le and Noah Franklin Fuller; and his siblings, Christine Francis Owens and Robert James Hobart.

“I was sad when I heard about Frank's passing. Frank moved into Sauk Village not too long after my family moved in; there was only 1 house and 221st Street, I have many memories of us growing up in Sauk Village with Frank. We tried to get together a few years ago when he and Linda came to Dallas for a convention, b. I was looking forward to visiting my childhood friend and meeting his wife, Linda. Linda, the two of you have been wonderful parents, grandparents, and many friends with your church.”
