Frances Lowe Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2018, at the age of 69, Frances Lowe (Chattanooga, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Lowe; her parents, Virginia Proctor and Curtis Proctor; her sisters, Peggy McClure, Imogene Rogers and Sandra Cross; and her son Roger Lowe.
She is survived by: her children, Ron, Pete (Rachel), Frankie (Batina), Mikie Lowe (Lori), Robin Williams (Dave) and Regina White (Charlie); her grandchildren, Zach (Molly), Chase White (Abbie), Grant, Genna-Leigh, Noah Williams, Tyler, Jordan Lowe, Brodie, Andrew Lowe, Jackson and Shelby Lowe; her great grandchildren, Caden and Kinsey White; and her sister Wanda Lynn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
