He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Eugene and Betty Jo Godfrey Floyd; and his brother Leslie Eugene Floyd, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Connie M. Dickson (Sydney) of Chattanooga, TN and Tim Floyd (Carol) of Chickamauga, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
