He was predeceased by: his son Bruce Kennedy; and his siblings, Leslie Kennedy, Obie Kennedy and Louise Brewer. He is survived by: his wife Edith S. Kennedy; his children, Scott Kennedy (Kathy) and Greta Kennedy; his grandchildren, Liz Stanfield (Jay) and Josh Kennedy (Morgan); and his sister Bonnie Hamrick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
