She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Dennis Smartt; her parents, Z. Carness White and Jenia A. White; her siblings, Connie Marie Stephens, Jeanette White, Charles C. White, Gene White, William Ralph White and Z. Allen White; and her stepson Phillip D. Smartt.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Gail Smartt Reed (John); her grandchildren, Adam Smartt, Ashley Condra (Dwayne) and Anna Higdon (Dustin); and her great grandchildren, Aryn and Dovie. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
