She was loved and cherished by many people including: her son Shawn Rogers Nolan (Laura); her grandchild Watts Anthony Nolan; her siblings, Joseph Nolan of Christiansburg, VA, Michael Nolan (Madeena) of Cincinnati, OH, Mary Lou Holland of Chattanooga, TN, Gabie McLeroy (Ray) of Knoxville, TN, Andy Nolan (Suzanne) of Lookout Mountain, GA, Danny Nolan of Chattanooga, TN and Martha Nolan (Ben) of Chattanooga, TN.; her godchildren, Summer Nolan of Raleigh, NC, Scott McLeroy of Kansas City, KS, David Nolan of Cincinnati, OH and Link Klassen of Chattanooga, TN; and her parents, Joseph Patrick Nolan and Florence Brownlee Nolan. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews and their children.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made in Madeleine's memory to the OLPH Annual Fund or Hospice of Chattanooga.
