She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Oliver Williams; and her parents, William Kelsie and Mary Cleo Sneed. She is survived by: her brother Bill Sneed (JoAnn); and her nieces and nephews, Michael Sneed (Jackie), Rick Sneed (Carol) and Penney Hill (Jackson). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital in Evelyn's memory.
