It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eva Lawson Edwards (Chattanooga, Tennessee), born in Cleveland, Tennessee, who passed away on February 5, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Louis "Ed" Edwards; her parents, Loris Lawson and Jessie Lawson; and her sister Genette. She is survived by: her siblings, Reba Auten (Art), Bobby Lawson (Marion) and Annette; her children, Frank (Tracy), Ellen Paige (Steve) and Carol McCullough (Ian); her grandchildren, Patrick (Brian), Audrey (Brad), John (Elizabeth), Max and Claud; her great grandchildren, Colson and Oliver; and her brother Billy Lawson (Myrtle).
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests that donations be made to Hickory Valley Community Church (2201 Hickory Valley Road, Chattanooga, TN 37421) or Reflection Riding (400 Garden Road, Chattanooga, TN 37419), in honor of Eva's life and her passion for her faith and the beauty of nature.
