He was predeceased by: James Campbell. He is survived by: his parents, James Campbell and Deborah Littleton (Allen); his wife Meghan Campbell (Gibson); his daughter Madyson Anne; his siblings, David Campbell (Katie), Adam Campbell (Lori), Rebecca Cook (Jessie), Wendy Lewellen (Justin) and Nathan Guerrero (Candy); and also, Mattie Lou Huddleston and Ruby Campbell.
