Hendrix of Memphis; her grandchildren, Ellen Reilly Noland (Mike) and Allison Reilly Gorman (Tim); and her stepgrandchildren, Lori Smith, Michael B. Smith of Cordova, Mark Smith (Lisa), Sarah, Savannah, Samuel, Skylar, Seth Smith, Tenn, Matthew, Jacob Smith of Memphis and Marvin Smith (Denise).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Emily's name to the Humane Educational Society of Chattanooga.
