It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor A. Cunningham of Chattanooga, Tennessee, born in Johnson City, Tennessee, who passed away on October 30, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard H. Cunningham (Dick); her parents, Verdon E. Alexander and Charlotte Hogan Alexander; her brother Don Alexander, Jr.; and her nephew Dr. Andrew Alexander.

She is survived by: her son Richard H. Cunningham, Jr. (Rick); her daughter-in-law Carole; her grandson Rhine; and her nephews, Brian Alexander of Leesburg, FL and Carter Alexander of Suwanee, GA.. She is also survived by her family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes memorial donations be made to First Centenary United Methodist Church.
