He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Fielding Lewis Sr. and Margaret Boruff Lewis; and his wife Debbie Lewis. He is survived by: his stepson Jonathan Dugger; his siblings, Jan Davis (Gary) of Jasper, Tennessee and Don Lewis of Chattanooga, Tennessee; his niece Kelli Lewis; his nephews, Will Lewis, Jack Lewis and Ben Davis; and his stepgrandchildren, Erica and Cody.
