It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Lee Waters (Chattanooga, Tennessee), who passed away on June 1, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Tinker and Annie Giles Tinker. She is survived by: her husband Marvin Waters of Cleveland; her children, Jerry Waters (Sandra) of Cleveland, Terry Waters of Eastridge and Deborah Graul (Dale) of Dunlap; and her niece Angie Barnes. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
