She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Dewey "Jack" and Lillie Mae Lawson Bratton; her husband Don Edward Wilhoite Sr.; her son Don Edward Wilhoite Jr.; and her siblings, Margaret Davis Sharpton and Henry Ralph Bratton.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Wilhoite. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
