She was predeceased by: her husband Carl; her parents, William Zipp and Laura Zipp; and her brother Charles Zipp. She is survived by: her children, Fred Carter (Anita), Charles Carter, Mike Carter (Tracy), Eddie Shelley, Boyd Lankford (Tina) and Beverly Lisenby (Dave); and her brother Edwin Zipp (Nancy). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
