She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Arthur and Mary Lee Elliott; her husband Scott Lowrey; and her sister Wanda Raines. She is survived by: her children, Bill Wilson (Laura), Tena Tullis (Johnny Wayne), Michael Wilson and Tommy Wilson; her grandchildren, Carissa White (Chris) and Farrah Cochran; her great grandchild Ava Cochran; her grandchildren, Camryn White, Aerabi Cochran and Charly White; and her siblings, Charles Elliot (Phyllis), Katherine Davis and Laura Raines. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
