She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Yvette Fernald; her grandson Christian Scott Fernald (Jessica Snyder); her great grandchild Mason Scott Fernald; her grandchildren, Shaina Hayes (Collin), Nicole Wimsett (Jason) and Alissa Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Murphy Jane Hayes and John Luke Hayes.
