He is survived by: his wife Miss Kathleen Durand; and his children, Shawn Maxwell (Cindy), Mary Davis (Tony), Dan Maxwell (Amy), Amy Shaqqo (Muhannad) and Tim Maxwell (Karen). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (10768 Dayton Pike, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery (1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
