It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Stephen Deakins (Chattanooga, Tennessee), who passed away on November 19, 2022, at the age of 83
Don retired from Norfolk Southern, as a pipe fitter. He was preceded in death by his wife Marie Deakins, mother Alma Shelley, father Steve Deakins, and brother Wayne Deakins. He leaves behind, daughter Kimberly Rich, son Kevin (Kim) Deakins, granddaughter Lauren Rich and many many wonderful friends.
