She is survived by: her husband Floyd L. Mathis, Sr.; her children, Floyd Mathis, Jr. (Tara), Timothy Careathers (Jill), Sonjia Williams (Chris) and Quisha Buggs (Patrick); her grandchildren, Maya, Madison Mathis, Damon and Cymone Bellmon; her siblings, Helen Townsend, Deborah Davidson (Charlie) and Calvin Finley (Zelma); her siblings-in-law, Larry Dandy (Margaret), Michael Dandy, Leroy Dandy (Vena), Leslie Lewis (Shirley), Daniel Thornhill, Billy Hasani Subira (Bonnie), Patricia Green, Mildred Logan (Gatha) and Barbara Mathis; her cousins, Ronald Harris (Rosalind), Shanton and Tawanna Smith; and her friends, Tommy (Wilma), Stacy Wills and Bette J. McCann. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
