She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Rhea and Barbara J. Graham; and her brother Charles Rhea. She is survived by: her husband Charles Steffens; her sons, Jack Akins (Laura) and Matthew Bush (Jamie); her siblings, Kenneth Rhea (Karen), Kathy McKeever (Scott), Randy Rhea (Carol) and Terry Graham (Beverly); her grandchildren, Paris, Madison, Jackson, Emma, Eden, Lily Akins, Ashley, Abby Flores, Dallas Dale, Bailey Boyd and Relic LaMountain; her great grandchildren, Jaxon and Sydney Hill; and her close friend Arnoldo Flores. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
