He is survived by: his daughter Lizabeth; his siblings, Anita Jones (Leath), John Leath (Paula) of Germantown, TN., Randall (Shelia) and Michael Leath (Donna) of Chattanooga, TN; and his sister-in-law Sharon Leath. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, cousins, and friends.
