He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Julian and Barbara Julian; and his granddaughter McKinley. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Christy Welch (Justin), Brooke Ragsdale (Robert) and Dustin Julian; his grandchildren, Jayden, Skylar of Carmen, Brooklyn, Jocelyn and Naomi; and his siblings, Debbye Tate (Boyce), Richard "Dickey" Julian and Denise Miles. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
