He was predeceased by: his wife Annis "Sue" (Dillard); his parents, Inogine Henley and Albert Henley (Sap); and his siblings-in-law, Claude Dillard (Faye) and Sissy Dillard Casson (Jerry).
He is survived by: his daughter Susan Henley Underwood (Bill); his grandson Samuel Underwood; his brother Richard Henley (Lea); and his brother-in-law Larry "Buddy" Dillard (Anita). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
