He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Ann Cross Hall; and his brother Thomas Hall. He is survived by: his father James Hall; his wife Brenda Annette Cunningham Hall; his sons, William "Joe" Cunningham and Gary Wayne Gibson, II; his grandchildren, Victoria Cunningham, Elijah Cunningham, Destiny Gibson and Jeremiah Gibson; and his siblings, Jimmy Hall (Karen) and Kay Hicks (Don).
