He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry and Mary Sue. He is survived by: his wife Donna Scruggs; his daughters, Jennifer (John) and Mendy (Jason); his brothers, Bill (Joyce) and Kenny (Betty); and his grandsons, Evan, Owen and Fox. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
