She was predeceased by: her husband John Austin Murphy; her son Joe Murphy; her parents, Gussie Mae Hannah and Claude Madison Hannah; and her brothers, Gerald and Donald Hannah.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kay Allan (John), Amy Westley and Anne Warlick (David). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
