He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Combs and Emma Combs; and his siblings, Thelma Fiorello, Helen Combs and Thomas Combs.
He is survived by: his wife Wylene Combs; his children, Michael Huskey (Lisa), Tim Huskey (Kim), Angie Johnson (Tony) and Christy Perry; and his brother Ernest Combs (Emma). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
