She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Hobbs and Bertha Bell Chambliss Hobbs; and her siblings, Ruth Bell Trice, Mary Lynn Willis, Rebecca Trice, Alton Hobbs, Charlie Floyd Hobbs, T. C. Hobbs, Walter Hobbs and Robert L. Hobbs.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Parks of Chattanooga, TN and Dorothy Hanner (Freddie) of Chattanooga, TN; her sister-in-law Minnie Hobbs of Columbus, GA; and her niece Rebecca Frazier of Jesup, GA. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Second St. James Missionary Baptist Church (1301 W 45th St, Chattanooga, TN 37409). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
