He is survived by: his son Jackson Neely of Chattanooga, TN; his parents, Renay Metzger Birnbaum (Moshe Birnbaum) and Robert Neely (Nancy); his siblings, Jason (Robyn), Ryan, Sean Neely and Erin Broholm (Travis); his niece Kerri; his brother Everett; and his close friends, Rich Metzger, Ben Dean, Kelly Brockman, Carrie Tiesler, Mariel Cook, Matt, Tonya Williams and Brooke Coffman.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Chris's name to the Humane Educational Society of Chattanooga, as Chris had a deep love for animals.
