He is survived by: his wife Selina Inabinet Duncan of Hixson, TN; his brother Timothy Duncan of Felton, CA; his daughters, Rebecca Duncan Clark (Stephen), Deborah Duncan, Selina Duncan of Chattanooga, TN and Angela Duncan Akers of Englewood, TN; and his grandchildren, Rachel Clark (Juan Carlos), Sebastian Duncan, Anna Duncan and Luka Duncan Hyde. He is also survived by four greatgrandchildren.
