He was predeceased by: his parents, James Blocker and Mozella Blocker; his son Antonio Blocker; and his siblings, Betty Johnson, Jeneva Allen, Samuel Blocker and Willie Moon.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Blocker; his son Andre Blocker (Edana); his grandchildren, Chambria Blocker, Andre Blocker Jr., Aidan Blocker, Abigail Blocker and Aalynn Blocker; and his siblings, Curtis Blocker, Charles Blocker, Ernest Blocker, Gwendolyn Blocker, Carnell Blocker and Fannie Blocker. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
